1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering an account with TraderHub ("the Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Risk Disclosure Statement, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

You expressly acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TraderHub, and that by clicking "I Agree" or creating an account, you waive any right to contest the validity of these Terms on the grounds that you did not read them.

2. Nature of Services

TraderHub provides an electronic trading platform that enables users to trade financial instruments including but not limited to synthetic indices, foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrencies, commodities, and stock indices. TraderHub acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial advisory services.

TraderHub is not a broker, dealer, or financial institution. We provide a platform for informational and educational trading purposes.

3. Risk Acknowledgment and Disclosure

3.1 High Risk: Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and accept that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions

3.2 No Guarantee of Profits: TraderHub makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve profits through the use of our platform. All trading involves risk, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3.3 Leverage Risk: Trading with leverage allows you to control larger positions with smaller amounts of capital. While this amplifies potential gains, it equally amplifies potential losses, which may exceed your initial deposit.

3.4 Market Risk: Financial markets are subject to volatility caused by economic events, political changes, natural disasters, and other factors beyond our control. You accept full responsibility for losses resulting from market movements.

3.5 Technology Risk: Electronic trading systems are subject to failures, delays, and errors. You acknowledge that TraderHub is not liable for losses caused by system failures, internet connectivity issues, software bugs, or other technological problems.

4. Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Total loss of invested capital
• Losses exceeding your account balance
• Emotional and psychological stress
• Addiction to trading activities
• Financial hardship
• Impact on personal relationships
• Tax obligations arising from trading activities

5. Eligibility and Representations

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where trading is prohibited
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party

6. Account Terms

6.1 Demo Accounts: Demo accounts use virtual money for educational purposes only. Results achieved on demo accounts may differ significantly from real trading due to psychological factors and market conditions.

6.2 Real Accounts: Real accounts involve actual financial risk. You are solely responsible for all trades executed through your account.

6.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERHUB, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from system failures, errors, or interruptions
• Damages arising from market volatility or trading losses
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided through the Platform

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADERHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TraderHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any trading losses you incur

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by TraderHub or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Data and Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may collect and use data for regulatory compliance, service improvement, and marketing purposes.

11. Modifications to Terms

TraderHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

12. Termination

TraderHub may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TraderHub is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TraderHub regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
